Our key staff are listed below and further details are available.

Ashley Grainger – Director / Owner. Ashley started his career in publishing in 1996 before moving on to the agency side of the business. His experience covers many aspects of marketing with a major focus on direct marketing in its many forms.

Peter Wall – Creative Director. Peter has worked mostly on the agency side in a variety of disciplines including graphic design, direct marketing and internet. Though based in Spain he is involved with all Ruffit clients.

Abi Holgate – Senior Copywriter. Abi has worked in marketing since 1991. She has written copy and provided advice for a range of companies and organizations. Her pet hate at the moment is the incorrect use of commas.

Tom Doggett – Director Online Marketing. Tom started his career in 1997 in internet marketing when it was still quite new. Though in overall charge of our online offering he has worked strategically and creatively on a variety of online and offline marketing campaigns.
